Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Makeda has been acting since the age of 4. Perhaps not on the big stage but she certainly entertained family on holidays, serenading them all with cool kindergarten jams such as “Bluebird, Bluebird” and “Old Mcdonald”. Her love of film, television, and everything dramatic, drew her to the acclaimed New York University, Tisch School of the Arts where she ate, prayed, and…er…hm… loved. She gives thanks to her enormously generous family and friends. Woot, woot!
